How should I care for my Mr Jones watch?

Yes, we ship our watches worldwide from our London workshop. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination, and all international orders are tracked for your peace of mind.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn watches in their original packaging. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund or exchange.
Are the watches covered by a warranty?
Every Mr Jones watch comes with a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase. This covers any manufacturing defects or mechanical faults under normal use.
Can I change the strap on my watch?
Yes, most of our watches feature standard lug widths (typically 12mm, 18mm, or 22mm), making it easy to swap straps. We offer a variety of leather, vegan, and stainless steel mesh bands on our website.
